“Re: Apply high quality wax by hand to all painted surfaces - I only saw some yellow spray being applied to the top surfaces of the body paint - I did not see any high quality wax being applied by hand. I chose this level of service primarily due to the supposed hand application of high quality wax.
Re: Wipe down engine bay - This was not done. The hood was never opened by the detailer.
Otherwise I am very happy with the interior cleaning and conditioning and glass cleaning performed..”

“It was a very good clean where it was done, but my third row of seats that collapse were not cleaned on the front, or underneath them. Just the back carpeted area that acts as the floor of the trunk.”
