“There was some attention to detail that could have been better. The windows has dirt along the edges and they didn’t clean the glove box at all. I’d understand if the glove box had paperwork or something in it but it was unlocked and empty. If they were unsure they could have asked. Also, I’m not sure how it happened, but somehow my battery was run down during the cleaning. I had it serviced the day before so I’m sure the battery was in good charge before they did the cleaning.
As a recommendation to prevent this from happening to someone else they could have the owner start the car before they left and keep jumper cables or a battery powered jumper with them. I called to report it and the woman on the phone told me I was basically shit outta luck. I would give y’all another try if I weren’t moving next week. ”

“The guys arrived early, and were very professional. Afterwards they showed me some problem areas that they couldn’t get clean and explained why. Then they asked me to inspect the car. When I opened up a compartment between the front seats where I keep trash, it had not been cleaned. He explained that they’re not allowed to open glove boxes and compartments. I pulled the trash from that one and he vacuumed it out, but I had 2 others. Had I been told ahead of time, I would have opened all of them and taken stuff out so they could have cleaned them. Otherwise, a very nice job. Oh - the payment process is bad. The choices were: 1)Pre-pay with credit card online, 2.) pay cash 3) give cc info over the phone to his boss. Seemed sketchy. They need a “square” scanner for the worker’s phone.”
