“I purchased the interior detailing and there was a few things that were not done to completion. The center console was not fully wiped down. there was clearly dirt and dust left. You can see on the dashboard that the upper left corner was not fully wiped, you can tell where it was conditioned and what was missed. Also the deep shampooing of the seat was not as thorough as I would have liked it to be (the head rests and arm rest still look as dirty as they were) ”

“The technician did a good job. The car is much cleaner and the paint looks new. He missed a few items like some small areas were not cleaned, a few items that were removed from the car were not put back and some trash was left on the ground. He was very professional and spent a good amount of time on the car and he seemed focused on the task at hand. A random suggestion is to use Folex to clean stains in the carpet and seats, it works great. ”
