“Not a hand wash. They did not even touch some areas. Still has dirt and grim everywhere. Did not touch the rims, did not polish any chrome or aluminum. The paint looks good, but no deep wax. Not satisfied at all. I will have to hire another company to finish the job.”

“I would give higher than 4.5 but that's not an option. It's not a 5 because the drivers side window was streaky and I thought they would apply some sort of dressing on the exterior plastic parts to recondition them.”
