“Last time I used your service you simply charged my credit card on file. This time I scheduled a large wash for my work vehicles and put a card on file, Later that night my employee on site told me your washed was trying to collect payment so I was confused. I didnt' leave him the credit card because I thought you would charge my card on file. I am still not sure if you have charged us for the order. ”
