“Seems like for the price the detail should have been better. I had to clean my mirrors and glass because it looked to have been wiped down with a dirty towel. The inside was still very dusty and not touched only vacuumed. Not all of the rubber was cleaned. When I drove it after the cleaning a bunch of oil from the wheels splattered all over the truck. Not to impressed.”

“He worked on my car a long time & it looks very nice-but then for $339.00 plus tip it should-right! Friendly & courteous young man. Once I moved my car to a more wide open area (my concrete driveway) I was dismayed to see that the wheel wells & rocker panels were still filthy from when I'd driven by the rock quarry on Anderson Mill Rd. Not happy about that. He wanted to do the job in front of my house (crushed granite driveway) & not on the side concrete driveway. I think the car wash would have been much better over there-much more room & cleaner. Maybe it's your policy to be out in front? Also I mentioned to him about this; I thought complete headlight restoration was included, not just buffing. I know there is a kit that can be used. So generally happy but not completely satisfied. The car certainly should not have had any dirt still on it! I went out & finished it because I knew my husband would see it and frankly he thought this was too much to spend-”

Jose had a variety of quality products he utilized during the Platinum Package service. Considering Mister Carwash prices and the need for an individual to wait onsite or require a "ride" wherever confirms CarDetailing.com's advantage. Obviously the Technician makes or breaks this service. Jose is a Perfect Representative for this Service and why I will continue to utilize CarDetailing.com.
