“First or all my window was from 2 to 5 pm. The tech arrived 2 hours late which meant he works be working on the dark. He did call to inform he be would be late. I ordered the super interior and windows package. It said it would take 3 hours to complete. He was only there for 1.5 hours. There are still stains in my seats. My back window on the outside never got cleaned. I could not see this in the dark and only noticed it in the morning when I could see. I really hope someone sees this and reaches out to me with a solution. I paid over 300 bucks including tip. I still have stains on my front seats and unfinished windows.”

“They did a great job. The truck looks so much better. I did notice later paint not taken off underneath the base of side. It would of great if it was pointed out why they could not remove it. Would call the again”

“Given that our vehicle had not been detailed since the beginning of Covid, it looks 100 times better. Good job.
There was room for improvement though. Most notably every side window was covered in water spots as well as drivers side mirror glass and chrome, there was quite a bit of wax left on the paint and there was wax smudges on several chrome parts. In addition, the stereo screen was heavily smudged.
On the positive note he did an excellent job with all the dog hair and there was a lot.”
