“I really had high expectations that my interior would smell like a new car for the price I paid. I had a smokers car and it wasn't until the day after when it was all dried out that my fiancé told me she could still smell the smoke in our floor mats and car. I threw the mats out and will have to figure out what to do next to get the smell out......”

“First of all I thought offering this service was great, but the detailer was 1 hour and 45 minutes late I just can't believe being that late that I wouldn't of been offered a discount or something. I did receive a call at 10:15 that they were running a little late and that was untrue they didn't get here until 11:45. I would fire anyone who worked for me and was 1 hour and 45 minutes late. They did ok job but with getting the best package and starting at 11:50 and being done by 2:20 just doesn't seem possible. The individual was very scattered and I felt uncomfortable. I will not use this service again which is sad because I think it could be a great service if it had the right people doing it. ”
