“For the amount of money, the Titanium package cost, you would expect a really professional team with top notch equipment to really detail your vehicle. Instead, a foreign elderly couple arrived with a pickup full of old half dated equipment and chemicals thrown around in buckets. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the job performed. There are spots and areas that were not cleaned or waxed and lint with dust all over inside of vehicle. 100% not worth the cost. I will never use this business again and do not recommend their services. ”

“The outside of my car was not washed. The tech told me that cause it was rainy and drizzle he could not do the outside of my car. He said something to the effect of using something different inside to make up for not doing the outside of car. Well I really didn’t understand him and when I inspected the car I asked him if he waxed the outside and he said” no I didn’t cause of the weather remember I told you I was doing something else on interior to make up for it. Well I am not pleased with that answer as the price for this service was already on the high side. Then I went and tipped him on top of it. I don’t think that the interior was looking like a new car either. I would like to know what action you are offering for my poor service. I would also like to say my first appointment which was for 12/24 was cancelled by your company and had to reschedule for 2 days later. I would appreciate a positive offer to my dissatisfaction to make this situation right. Thank you Patti Novak ”
