“Not the fault of your tech, but I believe if you send someone to wash a bike they should know how to move it. I had a knee replacement and shouldn’t of moved the bike. That’s why I called you. Otherwise he did a great job!”

“They did it in less than an hour, when the details of the job said it would take about 3. They completely disregarded cleaning the trunk. About 45 minutes late of when he claimed he would be there. Smeer marks throughout. Not a great job. Very unimpressed”
