“I paid for a gold package. I never saw a clay bar touch my car or a ?paste wax? Felt like I got an expensive (albeit good) wash. This is fine if that is all the detailer felt was necessary however the price should have been adjusted for the silver package. He will tell you that he Clayed the car but he did not. The car (2016 Miata) did shine nicely however, when he had finished.”

“Someone changed my appointment without my knowledge from 11/2 at 2:00pm to 8:00am. The car was not as clean as I expected. Bug stains on front of car. Stains still on rugs. Stains still on plastic/rubber around windows. I would never want to use him again. Some wax not polished around door. I thought it was to take 3 hours, but it only took about 2. ”

“While pressure washing they blew a window fuse. I called twice before getting a nonprofessional voicemail. I drove to the store found the problem got the fuse myself and fixed the problem. But I am happy with the way my car came out minus that”
