“Didn’t get off the stuff on the outside, forgot to wipe down door jams, didn’t detail plastic lower half. Way too much money for what I was expecting to get. ”

“very good job on interior, okay on interior windows. He did not have proper soaps, chemicals for exterior. He could not remove road oils and tar. I did not see him clay bar the paint or wax it, although he may have spray waxed, but I don' consider that waxing. He did offer to come back in a week with some tar remover and rewash the truck.”

“When I scheduled the service the questionnaire said I didn't need a water or power hook-up but when the technician arrived he needed them. I had to check with my building's maintenance dept. to find them. Nice that I could get it done at work, though.”

“Never want that particular detailer person again. He missed cleaning inside front window and missed corners of dash. Had an attitude. I felt he missed some of the areas in package I bought. I thought I bought best package. But he said no that one cost $400. I have lots of detailing done for our business Never paid more that $300 for the dirtiest of pickups and that included buffing and working out scratches on paint finish. ”
