“Overall, I think you could have done a better job on my motor compartment and I took it to somebody else and they found garbage and trash under the front passenger seat that wasn't cleaned out and the specific technician broke the sliding cover that covers up the center console drink holders! I won't use the service again!”

“Where to start… I took one glance inside of my vehicle, and I pointed out that there were ashes between the driver side door and the driver seat. It was obviously not vacuumed at all on that side and Sean told me he did most of the work and that he shampooed the carpets. I’m not sure how that was relevant to my concern. I had to clean the windows myself several times because of the streaks. Inside rearview mirror wasn’t even touched nor the visor mirrors. Wheels were sprayed, but not wiped because I have pictures of the dirt laying on top of it. You can tell water didn’t even touch it. There were brown spots on the hood, which weren’t there in the first place, so most likely dripped from tire shine. On the backseat, the cupholders Had orange soda which was sucked up, however, wasn’t wiped so you can still see the orange. I also cleaned myself. I was under the impression that this was supposed to be a platinum package deal and front of the dashboard where the radio is located was barely wiped and to the right of it was not, and I also cleaned that myself. Did the vehicle look much better than initial observation? Absolutely! All you have to do is vacuum it and it would’ve looked better. But the outside of the vehicle had to be a re-washed. Inside of it had very minimal work done to it. Just enough to make it look shiny and perhaps good enough for the pictures. I would never ever use those two guys for any services. ”

“George and Reggie worked so hard to get the stains out of my interior.! My dog had been attacked and bled on my cloth seats. It looks like new. Very friendly and courteous.”
