“I would have given it a 5 but both the driver and the passenger seat say there is a restraint system malfunction and I need to take it to a service center. The tech took the seats out to clean it and I am sure it is a loose wire, but that doesn't really help me.”

“I was told my seat belts wouldn't be clean because of certain chemicals they would have to use. The seat belt cleaning is the reason I upgraded from the $119 package to the $199 package. I had some dots of dirt on my headliner before but now I have huge stains on it's from whatever they use to clean it. My dashboard is covered with new spots ( I'm guessing from whatever they use to clean) that weren't there before the cleaning. They did clean some of the trouble spots I pointed out to them at the beginning. Plus they were cool young men BUT I don't think it was worth the 200 bucks. ”

“Did a fabulous job and my car looks great! Reason didn't get a 5 was because where the tires sat on the ground the treatment didn't take so had brown spot instead of the nice black tires all around.”
