“My husband states we were ripped off as there were multiple white stains on the drivers door and a stain on the back seat that he was able to remove. I had the technician redo multiple areas twice and to vaccum again as there were numerous pet hair areas and a back seat that had dirt in the seat crevice. The technician stated we did not have to leave our windows open as he used a drying agent on our seats and carpet. My husband would like to know what this is and how such a lengthy detail job took less than two hours with the technician taking a lunch break. He stated he saw him do this. For 290$, we expected showroom quality like many other reviews on your website. That was not the case for us. I too thought the the length of time he took to perform the platinum service was far short of what it should have been, my immaculate 2025 car takes an hour to just perform and inside/out service. I would not recommend the company. ”

“Everything with the exception of all windows were great. I took the truck on an errand immediately after he left and all windows were streaked. When I got home I checked to make sure the streaking was on the inside and it was. We had not contracted for any exterior cleaning. The rest of the job was fantastic.”
