“I paid an additional 30 dollars for pet hair removal, and when he got here, he said he had to charge an additional 30 dollars for it. After he was finished there was still a lot of pet hair left!! He was late consistently and didn't have the courtesy to call. There was a 2 hour window and he was still late! He couldn't finish the first day, and had to come back again the second day, and said he would be at my house between 9:30-10:00. When i woke up i saw an email with a window for 10:00-12:00. He didn't arrive until 12:15. My weekend was ruined waiting for him. Also, he didn't bring his credit card scanner, and had to call his girlfriend cause he left it at home, and i had to give a complete stranger my card info!! For $260 dollars I expected that car to be spotless, and have good customer service which I did not get. I was going to schedule regular visits for my car, but after that performance, it's doubtful. The car still had dust, dirt, and hair when finished.unacceptable”
