“Unprofessional service and presence. Very loose behavior and attitude. Lazy work. Incomplete. I noticed that seats were not cleaned on back and sides and ceiling was untouched. Detail in front near center console and handles and such were not detail cleaned as I was told would be part of the package. Patrick lied to me and told me seats were done but they dried is why they were dry. I could tell without a doubt they weren't touched and sure enough when he went over them after I commented, dirt and marks were completely gone. I felt like he half assed the work because it was hot outside but that's not my problem. ”

“ vehicle is not clean, leather seats are not wiped, bugs still on mirrors, and person spent most of the time on their phone and I think detailing their own vehicle. Mine is in good shape, but not $399 worth. Also, person you sent left their personal information so that next time we could get you out of the transaction.”

“Ryan spent 4 hrs on my wife's car and did a phenomenal job! I was very impressed with his professionalism and the fact that the condition of his vehicle reflected the condition i wanted my wife's car to look like! Her's was better when he was done!”
