“I am a new customer and I my first appointment didn’t happen per the schedule. I was told that a service person will arrive, till the last minute and no one showed up actually. This is the reason I give a 4.
But later when I contacted the representative again, the second time appointment went well. My car is now super clean and I am happy. ”

“So what was supposed to cost me $79 service ended up costing me $175 never had the exterior washed they detail the interior mediocre and never even wash the windshield you tell me how my service was. Another bait and switch once they show up at the house. $40 additional fee for dog hair thanks anyway”
