“Engine compartment not done. Wax left not rubbed in on multiple locations. Looks like armor all used on glass rather than glass cleaner. It's smeared everywhere. Rims poorly cleaned. Tire partially done. Wax put on parts that should not be waxed. Extremely disappointed. I feel incredibly ripped off. Will NEVER use this service again”

“Not having the opportunity to pay by credit card is unacceptable. I needed to pay via credit card and the guy told me he did not want to pay the fee's for the credit card option. On top of this, he was late as he did not arrive until 10:30 am when I had a window between 8-10. Did not receive a phone call. I also had to go around a rewipe the areas he missed.”
