“First of all, the time window was 9 to 12 but they didnt show up till 1:30 . So they didnt finish till about 5:30. The guy tried to get me to go with a different wax instead of zxilon but I refused and told him it would void my warranty. They didn't get all the white compound off and I'm still trying to get it out all the crevices. When they finished the car looked good and i saw no water spots but now a lil over a week later I have waterspots. I'm told by Zxilon that it wasn't applied correctly so now it looks like I'm going to be wasting another day waiting on people to show up and fix the Zxilon. So no I'm not happy!”

“I cant believe I paid 169 plus tip for the gold package. Whoever you dispatched to wash wax my SUV was horrible. I would take them off your list. They didnt do any of the details of for Gold package.. I will make sure to leave the appropriate review for this company!!! I might have to take this to get it corrected elsewhere. Didn't wash the roof, or wax it, left wax marks all over the car, didnt wash the grill. interior had dirt on the back of the front seats..,. I could have and have done a better job myself.. also they did not wash the door jams as described. I have to hand buff all the left wax on the car. some spot were not even WASHED.. WTH??? Matter of fact I spent 1 hour correcting what they did. Left the back window worse than before they supposedly washed it, finger marks! LOL!!!! In my day a detailing was suppose to be more (detail?) not just a wash and dry off... Not very happy”

“The only reason I would not give a 5 star review is bc I felt they could have been a bit friendlier, more professional. They barely spoke a word to me. Even when the job was complete and I looked it over and complimented them, gave a good tip, barely a word?! However, that being said, the job they performed was very nice. ”

Loved the text and email updates and the technician was amazing... lots going on during the cleaning and then it started raining right when he was trying to finish and we were able to quickly get the car in the garage. He was very patient and did a wonderful job. I will be back for sure. Thank you! ”
