“I gave my experience a 1 because of the following:
They didn't know what service I got and said it was going to be outside wash only until I told them no inside and out
They charged me an extra fee for using my credit card and I was not aware of that fee.
When I check how they did they did not wipe done the inside all they did was vacuum.
Overall experience, not impressed. They only reason i scheduled this service was because I want to buy the $129 package for my boyfriends birthday but wanted to see the service I got before I purchased the bigger package for him. Needless to say, I will not be going through your company anymore.

“My rims were not cleaned. They were "foggy" looking. The inside of my rims, which are red, still had dirt in them. My side mirrors were streaked and the back window was done sloppily. My driverside lower door jam still had dirt on it. Also, while he was cleaning my car, he stopped and cleaned another persons car. Really? think I will go back to my guy I used before. However, the one thing I was happy about, was the inside leather was done very nicely.”
