“Overall my car looks pretty good. The wheels were still dirty with some dust that I could easily wipe off with a dry microfiber cloth, but were not cleaned deeply, only on the surface. Detail techs were very nice but I would have achieved the same quality clean by going to a full service car wash. Never actually saw the techs “wash” my car it seems that they used some type of rinse-free system. Also had a good bit of wax residue left on my car that I had to buff off the next morning. Not sure it was worth the $200 that I spent when I could’ve gotten an equal quality clean from a $50 car wash. ”

“Process was tiresome and frustrating. Rescheduled 3 times day of and then technicians were late on the last reschedule. When they finally showed up service was rushed and couldn’t tell a difference from a normal car wash. Waste of time and frustrating will never use again ”

“The tech did a great job after two times returning to finish everything he didn't do the first time. I purchased the premium package, but the seats were not cleaned or protected, the engine bay not touched, still dirty areas in the door and trunk jams. On top of all that he didn't even wax the car which is the main reason I booked the service. On the second visit he did wax the car but still didn't clean and protect anything. I never met the technician to inspect the work either time. Customer service refused to take off the items that weren't completed satisfactorily. They also automatically charged my card without my authorization after I called Customer service the second or third time. They did offer a discount on my next service, but there will be no next time. If I had checked Google reviews instead of the ones on the website, I wouldn't have booked the first time. ”
