“ I didn't get to go over it when he was done because I had to leave shortly after he left. Looking at it today, there are a lot of either polish or water smeared marks and the rear window inside isn't clear at all n not happy with window cleaning. I'm sorry, it's a black car n hard to clean, but that's why we pay more money for detailing. The gentleman was very polite.”

“The technician was polite and did a fairly good job on the interior. I did not receive a pre inspection so it was told to me after my job was started and I came out to check on things that they couldn’t wash the outside without charging me considerably more money. So after paying $190, the entire outside of my car still needs to be cleaned. The inside doesn’t appear as if it was shampooed or the leather deeply cleaned, it just looks like a routine cleaning. I was very displeased to learn that you just contract out and really can’t stand behind the work being done. This was very expensive and the work done was not comparable to cost. This needs to be rectified ”
