“The car is so clean! I'm very happy with how thorough he was.
The reason why I gave a four was because he was 1/2 an hour late from the time given on the day of the service (i was told he'd be there by 3:45). Additionally, he was not wearing a mask. While it is not mandated until tomorrow by the city, I would have liked it if the company took extra precautions and provided their workers with face masks since we are in the middle of a pandemic.”
