“They arrived a little bit late but I do live in the sticks do it’s understandable but they got the job done in a hurry and the smell is gone from my carpet from 2809 mile trip with dogs.”

“I paid almost $300 dollars and the ceiling was not done at all which is the main reason that i paid so much to get the top package. I called customer service was told to send in pics. I sent in pics and havent heard anything since i sent pics.”

“I hired your service to detail my husband's vehicle today. Per my husband's and my inspection, we have a few areas of concern:
1. Vacuum entire interior and trunk / Clean interior compartments: It does not appear as though the technician vacuumed out the storage pockets on the backs of the front seats.
2. Deep clean and condition leather seats OR deep clean and shampoo cloth seats: It does not appear as though the technician shampooed the cloth seats.
3. Complete outside wash: Unclear as to how this -or any shampooing- could have been completed, as the technician did not ask for our water hook-up; only electric. (If you could explain this further, I'd appreciate it!)
4. Clean vents: It does not appear as though the technician cleaned the vents.
5. Clean all interior cup holders: It does not appear as though the technician cleaned the cup holders.
6. Clean and degrease wheels and tires: It does not appear as though the technician properly cleaned the wheels.
Everything else looks pretty good: glass is clean, interior is otherwise fairly clean, exterior looks fairly clean. Also, I realize this is an older vehicle with wear and tear and that not all stains or marks will come out; however, for $270 I have much higher expectations than what was delivered as certain items don't appear to have even been touched. I'm happy to share pictures of our areas of concern if desired.
Please advise on how we might remedy this situation. I look forward to hearing from you.”
