“way too much communication. I am getting multiple texts and multiple emails for the exact same thing. it's way too much and extremely irritating. One medium would suffice. Even with all that, I asked one question , but never got a response. I also find it awkward to insist on a tip on a $200+ detail job. Really? If you aren't paying the guys enough, then raise the price. ”
