“Technician was completely overwhelmed with the 2 cars. You screwed him as he accepted the 1st car then you threw the second car into his work queue without him knowing it. I specifically stated there was dog hair in the cars which the technician knew nothing about. The cars didn’t not get waxed and buffed out to my satisfaction. Although the technician was nice and professional, he needed another person to help. I am getting married today so can’t fight this, but come Monday will do everything in my power to get the charges reversed. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of your service and unless you do something I will NEVER use or recommend your service again. ”
