“The work done was just ok. It was expensive and basically a glorified carwash. Nothing special and they didn't vacuum the trunk out and the windows were still dirty with smears on the rear window.”

“I didn't appreciate One Of The Individuals lying to me about something so small, also they put my brand new phone I mistakenly left in my car IN THE ROCKS IN 110 DEGREE WEATHER Instead of walking the 2 feet to my door and knocking. They also left a big mess out side and didn't clean up..the car itself looks good but nothing how I was hoping it would be, and how everyone was saying. And they missed so many lil things it says in the package you guys doo.. like come on!! Overall in disappointed and not happy”

“I was told by the "live chat person, Jon" that the method of cleaning the interior seats was shampoo and steam cleaning. When my car detailer arrived, he said he did NOT steam clean seats, and didn't know why your company would say that. He assured me that his method would produce good results. He did do good work, but I did not get the "deep clean" that I expected and was told I would receive. When I paid the bill, it was to a different company name than yours, at which time I realized this was a sub-contractor & he agreed that he had bid on the job. I think your company should be up front with this information and not mislead customers. Luckily, this sub-contractor did a good job even without the steam cleaning. I am more irritated with your company than with the gentleman who detailed our car.”

“these guys showed up within designated time slot - were honest about the work involved in getting glue off. They did a great job of getting most of the glue from tape off the car. They could be called back at another time to do one of our events”
