“I was very pleased with the service and how my car looked after he was finished. We used the lists from the silver, gold and platinum services. The interior was extremely dirty, so it required a $30.00 up charge. I talked with him about how long it would normally take the job which he stated 2 to 2 1/2 hours. So with the extra cleaning he stated it was going to take 4 hours. That was how he justified the up charge. This made sense to me so I agreed to the up charge. We shook hands and he started the work. I watched him while he worked the whole time. He performed a quality job. He finished the job in 2 hours. My wife and I looked over his work and we were very pleased. I paid him the agreed price for the job. As I think about the negagtation for the job I felt mislead about how much time it was going to take to perform the job, so I feel mislead because he made $130 an hour. I guess that is the only problem I had with the service. Thank you. Robert Russell”

“Very friendly, a little late but worth the wait”

“Sean was prompt and efficient. He was concerned that I was satisfied with his work before he left. Needs to make die his communication with the company was concrete. Some misunderstanding about the service we expected but Sean was easy to deal with. He did good job. ”

“It was great service. they went over each car with the details they would be doing according to the service I ordered. they went right to work and I didn't need to move any of my 5 vehicles around in the driveway. they did a great job, they were friendly, quite and busy all the time. ”
