“I have a total video Surveillance system at my house. After reviewing the video tape several times the guy that did my truck never used a clay bar. This is one of the reasons to have this service done. as you know clay bar is needed to remove superficial oxidization and minor imperfections such as swirls ect. If I just wanted a wash and simple wax I could have done that myself.
Also to note: After he said he was done I looked at the roof and it was still dirty and pretty much just rinsed off. no was or clay bar was used. I mentioned it to the guy and he insisted he did it but would do it again if I wasn't pleased. IT NEVER EVEN GOT WASHD LET ALONE WAXED until I mentioned it was still dirty. Again,,,,, also seen as I watched the video today.
I will not use your services again and will rate on yelp accordingly.....Not a good first impression I would say.
I only gave it a 2 because it was washed and waxed. ”

“Before finishing I was asked to review the interior which I appreciated. I found several areas that weren't wiped down or cleaned and am still finding a few spots here and there. I was very pleased with the person doing the work - he was very polite and wanted feedback before leaving, just wish the work was a little more thorough.”

“My appointment was originally scheduled for an arrival of 12-1pm. He finally showed up after 5pm. He said he last job took much longer than he thought. Then he rushes through our car in under 2 hours. There are several spots/areas that didn't even get washed. There are black marks on the hood that should have been taken care in waxing. Door jams still have dirt. The underneath side of the luggage rack wasn't even touched. For paying for a full car detail I feel we did NOT receive what we paid for. I would like it redone at no additional charge or a refund.”

“I was kinda disappointed-The Nissan did not get an engine wipe down as paid for. There were Fir needles in abundance in the hood area, so I know he never opened the hood.- the upholstery did shine though as did the floor mats. I checked and there was little 'detail' attention paid to the nooks and crannys of either vehicle. Essentially they were washed and lightly waxed. There were terrible splotchy swirl marks on the hood of the Durango-He revisited it and they came out a little better,still splotchy.The chemical (Armor All?) used on the rear bumper was not wiped off the paint so i did that. Did not see any clay bar work on the paint. Vacuum was dumped right by my mailbox instead of being disposed of properly (I would have taken it).”
