“My tech did well considering the amount of dog hair present. However, he did not vacuum the trunk. I emptied everything out of the trunk before he came. All he had to do was ask where the lever to open it was or ask me to open it. He had to leave once he got here as he had to go to Tractor Supply to buy a part as something wasn’t working. He was gone about 1 hr & 20 minutes. Luckily I didn’t have to leave the house until later in the afternoon. The windshield has some little dots across it where he ? sprayed that didn’t wipe off, so I’ll have to do it. I paid a lot of money including tipping & was not happy that the truck wasn’t vacuumed. Andre was very nice & personable.”
