“Your technician was late buy an hour and a half the rear cup holders were not cleaned in the vehicle the interior windows were not cleaned nor were the the pockets on the inside of the doors we're not cleaned. I would like a representative to call me 631 449 6040”

But he found himself with product that just barely made it through completely finishing my vehicle

For this cost I thought multiple people would have been with him
I’m an auto body man retired
I felt for him trying to do so much work
Impossible so you know
More training is best on management’s part
Not employee’s
And proper products should be on every vehicle
Someone should make sure definitely that each vehicle is loaded
