“As a sales trainer, I teach there is Upselling and there is Rightselling. I feel it you are going to upsell by pointing out to get the best service the seats need to be shampooed, then you should get ALL of the stains out. If you point it out, then get it out... if you are going to upsell!”

“Interior was good. Exterior clean was good at first glance but there are some details that were missed. But there was still pollen in the window seals and leaves and debris under the hood which are now they are wet from the wash. ”
