“We love the work that was done but I have reservations about the guy who did it. He described himself as “twitchy” and at one point he sounded like he was having a fairly loud argument with himself in another language that doesn’t exist. But when I spoke to him he was nice and when I asked him questions he sounded like he knew what he was talking about. When a neighbor or two approached him about his work, he had normal conversations with them. So overall everything turned out fine but in between I felt nervous and I had some doubts. I wished I had the guts to tell him that I loved the end result but that I wished he would have his internal conversations more quietly. ”

“Received email and text updates for estimated arrival and arrival. Service tech was very flexible. I was working from home in meetings and couldn't be disturbed so asked him to text me and not knock if he needed me and he was happy to do so. Had me inspect before he left and spot cleaned a couple things at my request. Awesome service!”

“Shawn did an excellent job. My interior is spotless. The only reason for a 4.5 is the latte I spilled (milk) still smells horrible. There must be some hiding still. In that regard I’m disappointed but otherwise he did a great job. (I’m searching for any way to get rid of the smell. ”
