“Well, I must say, the two gentlemen who came were absolutely professional and were a pleasure to talk to. They came early, when they called they were courteous and arrived when they said they would. Please don't think I am saying they did a poor job, but I have had detailing done on my trucks and cars before, usually, with the scope that was given when I checked out online, the service is a 6-8 hour process... They did the entire platinum package in about 1-1.5 hours, with just 2 guys.... I really don't see how that is possible to do a fantastic job with that much work that quick. Heck, the last time I clay-barred my truck it to me 4 hours for that process alone. I expect a vehicle to be like brand new when I get it detailed, especially for $250.00, and I feel while it is clean, I don't see much difference between the work they performed and the results at a $30 car wash. Again, I am not accusing the guys of doing sub-par work, it is compared against my expectations. ”

“I had to recheck him on several things!!! I figured a detail wash should be detailed and it wasn't!!! he didn't bother to remove my trunk mat and vacuum in the trunk under the mat. leaves were still in my back seat, tires were only blackened and NOT shiny, vinyl dressing was not shiny!!! it didn't even look like the leather/vinyl was treated, crumbs still left in cup holders!!! for $189 and a detail service my car was NOT detailed...would NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!!! also the company informed me that two people would come and only one came and when I asked for his supervisor's information he claimed he didn't have one because he was self-employed and worked independently!!!! so they sent just someone off the streets who was not certified or reputable???”

“Your guys could not have done a better job. The one thing I wanted to let you know is the next day the engine light came on in my car. I had to have it looked at and found out the reason was that water had gotten into the spark plug area. The mechanic ask me if the engine was steam cleaned when the car was detailed. I told him it was and he said that caused the problem and was a big NO NO. It cost me $250 to have the cylinders cleaned out from the water. I tell you this to help you and hopefully prevent it for you in the future as other customers may not be as cordial about it. The mechanic said I could get the cost covered by your company as he had the pictures etc. to prove what happened. I told him your guys worked their tails off and did a great job and I was sure they had no idea this could happen and I would simply cover the cost myself and know better in the future.
