“I requested the "gold" package. Clay bar wax and clean the interior. The tech came and didn't really speak any English. But all he did wash the outside and tried to clean the car with goo off spray. Then after trying to tell him i wanted the car clay barred and waxed. He said it would be an additional $100. I tried to explain to him that I didn't want an interior shampoo service. Then after calling the company to try and get someone to explain what happened. Somebody finally got in touch with the tech and told him to clay bar and wax the car. Now he proceeds to half ass clay bar the car and wax at the same time. You could tell he was annoyed. He basically quickly clayed the car and wax it half ass. He said he was done after 10 minutes work with the whole car! I said hey what about the roof and he looked at me like wtf? The only reason I paid this guy was to get him to leave. I am super disappointed with what was done to my car. I could have gotten a better job at a carwashb”

“Team was very thorough and overall my Jeep hasn't looked this good in along time - I had forgotten the off white color that we had when it was new 8 yrs ago. Upon further inspection, I had to wipe up a few drips and a few leftover spots on the headliner. But they came out with a scrub brush. Just something for the team to watch out for in the future. “Worker was nice, efficient in and out cleaning. Detailed? Certainly not. Windows not totally cleaned nor was trunk and for an average in and out cleaning 70.00 plus tax was way out of range for the service. Would not schedule another's service.”
