“Ok where do i begin, first off they were 2 hours late I paid $455.00 when all said and done but my car was still dirty, they missed several places that weren't wiped down my windows are still filthy! The water spits are still on rear of car and windows. The front grill still dirty with bugs. I have 3 big scratches on my bumper that weren't there before and by the time they were leaving it was dark which made it more difficult and frustrating! ”

“Would have given a 5 except felt he should have vacuumed the trunk and asked if we wanted trash container in front seat emptied.”
