“The car was definitely clean but for the price and for being a detailing, it wasn’t clean enough. The ceiling of the car was still dirty, as was the trunk/back of last seats area. Also, the center console and cup holders had not been wiped out. The outside of the car had wax residue on it. ”

“Mirrors weren’t cleaned, water spots throughout entire vehicle. Poor quality, windows are horrible... for $239 I am very dissatisfied and will be asking for a refund Pictures and videos will be available. This is upsetting as it was a birthday gift for my father. He’s not pleased because I’m the one who paid for it, this is more of a quick quack quality cleaning service... there was not “detail” involved whatsoever. Can’t wait to call and see what they have to say tomorrow. I asked for a phone call from the technician before he started as I was worried that they showed up late and the car wouldn’t be done in time... they quit working at 5 but they sure weren’t done. Very frustrating. I could have done much better by myself in one hour, I guess I should have.”
