“Appointment was set for 2 to 5. The cleaner arrived around four. It gets dark at five. Accordingly it was a poor detail. First the cleaner ran out of some of his supplies so the floor mats looked terrible. He asked me to inspect the vehicle. I identified multiple things that needed to be redone. He continue to work in the dark. I got the window package in the windows are not fully clean with streaks. I got the car seat clean and that was 80% done. Overall it was a highly disappointing for the price. Not sure how the company could’ve expected him to do a proper cleaning in the dark.”
