“It was more of a an in- home car wash than actual detailing. This is a brand new car and mine was a gold package. The exterior of the car was not cleaned completely - esp at the sides in the lower parts between the doors on either side. Same issues with frames where doors close on to. In the inside , seats were good- but no attention to detail on the plastic framework areas. Anyways, this was a trial and I got my answer- am not intending to come back ”

“FANTASTIC! Got out a lot of scratches an auto body guy was going to charge me for. To say I ‘m satisfied is putting it mildly. Not only is the work wonderful, the way the process runs is exceptional. The only suggestion I have is that you let people know in the winter you need the key. I guess my husband had his car done in summer or fall. And you didn’t need the key to warm up the car. I am trading this car in, and all the hard work that was put into this detailing is really going to pay off! Thanks again!”

“Not sure what the tech cleaned the floor mats with but they are extremely slippery. Not a fan of the cleaner they used. ”
