“The interior was done very well. Better than any interior detailing I've had .
The outside was missing several portions of the vehicle as the front and rear windshields had soap scum and smudges still ”

“I was alerted that the workers arrived at 9:45 am. They weren’t here. I called back, and was informed that this was an accident. They showed up with 20 minutes left in the window. They said it would take 45-60 mins, but ended up taking over 3 hours. They also forgot their hose. Overall their performance was great and the car looks good, but the service was subpar. ”

“I did not tip 190.00. I supposedly paid extra for buffing (which in they saying light wasn’t much improvement) I was told that was 125. Then told to clean my seats would also be extra 35.00. I agreed to both additional charges.
Guy posed my neighbors off and my windows has smears. Again could t tell in the dark.
I tipped him in cash.
