“Scheduled window from 12-3. Messaged that they would be here at 1:45 Called and said they’d be here at 2:30. I told them I had to leave by 5:30 and would rather reschedule than get a half ass job. I called them back at 3:30 and they said they were nearby. Finally arrived at 4:15, did a half ass job, left a bottle on back seat and left at 5:45 making me late for a meeting. Had we known they’d be that late we’d have ran a couple errands instead of waiting!! No way in hell was this worth $219.. We demand a reduction or we plan to have our credit card company refuse the charge Also mad that I tried twice to call and after being on hold several minutes was told no one was available Doug Anteau 734 693-5227”

“Paint chipped, oil stain on driveway, back cargo area of mini van never touched !! I could go on, but even worse is that it was supposed to require approximately 1 hour and the technician was here 3 hours and still did not do a good or even acceptable job. Company will not reply to my email sent. But they took payment quickly! DO NOT USE!!!!”
