“Eric was very cordial and helpful with my concerns. I had a loaner BMW that a plastic light cover in my garage fell on and I was terrified to return it damaged. When Eric was finished, you could not even tell!”

“Was very unhappy. Appointment was for 8 am, he called said could we make it for 10am due to cold and frost, I said ok, it was not until 4pm that he started detailing van. Held me hostage all day waiting for him to show. Job looked fine in dark interuorwith lites to inspect,until I could see in daylight.exterior front I believe some marks and stains could have been eliminated if he had done job in the daylight. Interior back was not cleaned well.debris left in back.”
