“The tech was supposed to arrive between12:00 and 2:00 pm, but called at 1:55 to say he would arrive between 2:15 and 2:20. He arrived at 2:20. About 1 1/2 hours later he advised he was finished. I went out to look and noticed that the larger of two compartments (approx 4x4 feet) hadn't been touched. He stated, "Oh, my bad, let me get vacuum cleaner and take care of that for you." I went back in and a little later he called me back out. I checked the tires and they didn't look polished but when I looked in the driving compartment I noticed that the driver's door didn't shine like it's supposed to when armored all-ed. I asked if he did it and he said he did. I asked him to let me try the armor all. He went to his truck and told me he would also get me a clean rag. He throughout his van and couldn't find one clean rag. He gave me a filthy rag and after finding the least dirty area I used the armor all on half of the top part of the driver's door and compared it to the other half. The diff”
