“It would have been a 5 plus tip - Ben was professional, personable and I could tell he was going to do a great job. However, since the interior took longer than expected(not exactly sure why since the entire back seat wasn’t actually dirty - no one ever sits there)he wasn’t able to complete the exterior. So for the same price ($265), i received a very clean interior but no exterior. ”

“Service technician did a terrible job and I had to point all the spots he missed. He also said grey marks were there before and I corrected him and they came right off. He also said ‘what the fuck’ a lot when I pointed out all of his mistakes. Very annoying and disappointed. ”
