					“Not even close to the results I had with the first crew.  Didn’t clean the jambs, door holders were still dirty, didn’t clean around inside of back gate, and I requested and paid extra for Rain X and did not receive - and windows are mess on the inside.  Very disappointed,   Unfortunately I can’t find any other way to contact someone directly other than this survey.  I would expect to get either a refund or a re-do with the same crew I had the first time.”
