“The entire process was excellent from making the appointment to the technician who worked on my Jeep. The SUV looked better than when I picked it up from the dealer. The technician was fantastic. He arrived on time and worked tirelessly. I have a new car. Thank you!!!”

“After learning what was on my car, I applaud and am thankful the guy could clean it. However, my windows were left streaky, my rims weren't cleaned completely, the front end of my car where my fog lights are is half ass clean. It just makes me wonder if that is the titanium service, I'll never use this company again. I did tip the guy for his hard work, I just don't think I got the service that was advertised is all.”

“I am so impressed with the guys. They got out stains in the backseat from my kids that I was very skeptical about them being able to clean. My car looks brand new and is ready to sell.”

“When I began filling out this survey. Jon, popped up on your chat window. And we chatted a bit. He said he would have the owners of the firm contact me. As there are some things I would like to discuss regarding the work. However, I was very pleased with the crew. They were lovely and worked their butts off. But I felt them to be somewhat poorly equipped. A bit of lack of experience? No latter. No latter? They're going to work on a 11+ foot tall RV and no latter? A simple little buffer with a pad on something that looked like a consumer electric drill. Leaving numerous swirl marks. And didn't use one of those vibrating buffers I see others using. Because they were using the rotating pad. It removed too much paint in some areas. Making things look worse rather than better. To me that's not having all the proper tools necessary. And I was rather taken aback by that. You're supposed to be detailers. But ya forgot some of the details, about detailing. In some ways, making more Problems.”
