“The guys that showed up were nice and professional. My truck looks very clean and appreciate the good job they did. However, the reason I cannot give a 5 is because there must be a diconnect between the dispatcher and the technicians. I wanted the exterior service which according to the list was hand wash and dry, clay bar and paste wax. The technicians did not have the materials to perform this function of the package. Again, my truck does look good and they did a good job cleaning it and want them to know that. I appreciate the fact they did not charge me full price for the package since the entirety of it could not be performed”

“Seems like for the price the detail should have been better. I had to clean my mirrors and glass because it looked to have been wiped down with a dirty towel. The inside was still very dusty and not touched only vacuumed. Not all of the rubber was cleaned. When I drove it after the cleaning a bunch of oil from the wheels splattered all over the truck. Not to impressed.”
