“I would have given the tech a higher score because he did a good job and I really liked him, but he charged me $75 extra for what he said was some dog hair on the back seat and “soiled” carpets which he couldn’t even see because they were covered with mats. I knew he was trying to upcharge me. When he was done and I had to pay he mentioned the extra charge again. I had been prepared to give him an $80 tip. But, I decided that wouldn’t make much sense since he charged me extra for what was already included in the package. And it’s a good thing I didn’t! I just got the receipt and the $75 he charged me he actually gave to himself for a tip! He’s a smooth operator, I’ll give him that, but I’m street smart for an old lady.”
