“Site is straight forward. I had some trouble trying to purchase a gift certificate and it actually directed me to schedule a date for the service which was fine since this was a gift for my husband. I ended up inputting the wrong vehicle model and had to call since they didn’t respond to my email and a live representative (thank God) picked up right away. She mentioned they received my email and my request was already notated in the system. She was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We got updates and confirmations leading up to the service in the interim and those were helpful. The service itself was really great! My husband’s car looked brand new and Justin did such a fantastic job. Really took his time even though it was raining outside and he was very personable. Great service all around and would definitely recommend to friends and family. ”
